Importantly, our team played a critical role in supporting fire recovery efforts following the 2018 Woolsey Fire and 2025 Broad, Frankline and Palisades Fires, providing direct assistance with submittal management, streamlining the submittal process and application support for the impacted residents.

With over a decade of hands-on experience navigating complex planning processes, Marina has built a reputation for precision, efficiency, professionalism, and trusted partnerships with city planning departments.
Through Premium Planning Solutions, she and her team provide expertise in permit application intake, fire recovery and rebuild consulting services, project coordination, and records management. Marina is fluent in multiple digital platforms, including OnBase for records management, the Development Database for permitting, Microsoft Office 365 Business Online Applications (SharePoint, Land Development), Bluebeam for electronic plan review, DocuSign for digital signatures, and ArcGIS by ESRI – ensuring smooth communication and seamless digital integration for every project.
Marina’s journey is one of resilience and determination. She came to the United States in 2006 as an international exchange student, arriving without any family support or familiar resources. Navigating life in a new country was extremely challenging, but through hard work, dedication, and an unwavering drive to succeed, she built her path from the ground up. Today, as the leader of Premium Planning Solutions, Marina combines her professional expertise with her personal values to deliver reliable, client-focused planning case management services and transform in challenges into opportunities.
Her experience includes working closely with public agencies on large-scale rebuild efforts, most notably providing recovery support after the 2018 Woolsey Fire and 2025 Broad, Frankline and Palisades Fires, where her team played a critical role in guiding members of the public and communities through the rebuild process. Marina has been happily married for 19 years, and her husband has been a helping hand and supportive partner at every step of her journey. Together, they are raising three boys, while Marina balances entrepreneurship with family life, travel, baking, and her CrossFit journey. Her personal philosophy – that meaningful work and family values go hand in hand – is deeply reflected in the way she runs her business and builds lasting relationships.
